Natural Dyeing

One of the things I did do this summer was experiment with some natural dyeing. I tried a variety of flowers that some worked and some didn't and of course I pulled out the rust pot to see what would if I .....  ??  This piece was dyed first with golden rod then rusted. But since this pictures was taken it went back in the rust pot and is being prepped for stitching.
